Privacy
What we collect, and why.
Mesa Group collects information narrowly and uses it only to respond to you. Last updated May 2026.
What we collect
No personal data is collected through analytics. The firm uses a privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform that records page views and traffic patterns in aggregate only.
The firm collects information you voluntarily provide through the briefing form: name, email, organization, your entry point on the route, and your description of need.
How form data is used
Information submitted through the briefing form is used solely to respond to your inquiry — to develop a scope and respond within one business day. It is not shared with third parties, used for unrelated marketing, or sold under any circumstances.
Data retention
Submissions are retained for two years from the date of submission. Submissions that result in an engagement become part of the engagement record and are retained consistent with standard professional-services record-keeping.
Your rights
You may access the information the firm holds about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion at any time. Requests are processed within thirty days, at no charge.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking, and includes no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Your browsing is not tracked across sessions or across other sites.
